Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

We offer worldwide shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

·        United Kingdom & Europe: 2 to 4 weeks

·        Australia & New Zealand: 2 to 4 weeks

·        Rest of the World: 2 to 4 weeks

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value — check our current promotions for details.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. OCTAPED is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
